With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry as a public housing manager; private property manager; Regional Portfolio property manager; and Director of Public Housing Department; Director of Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8). Although recent as a Real Estate Sales Professional, we bring a different vantage point resulted from the vast tenure in the industry.

Evolb has several divisions, one of which is janitorial/custodial. Established in 2023, we are a small family run, minority, woman owned company looking to expand. We are certified as WMBE, MBE & SBE with the state of CT. We are also registered with Sam.gov. 

As the owner of Evolb Enterprises, I have extensive experience handling janitorial contracts for major Institutions. Evolb has a team prepared to fulfill janitorial & facility management needs that I have developed through-out the years as a professional and property manager. With over 18 years as a local then regional property manager, I directed all facets of facilities management contractual requirements for private & municipal organizations. I felt the time to evolve having a woman’s owned business of my own has arrived.

Evolb is new to government contracts. I currently partner with a general contractor who hires my company for janitorial and final cleaning services. We cater to the unique needs of each of our clients. Our experience and our hands on approach is also a factor. We practice standard & green methods which considers both the health of people and the sustainability of the environment. This results in us being diverse in our approach and flexible given the specific needs of each individual client.
